Saturday was my 18 miler long run, it took about 3 hours and we were at a 9:52 minute per mile pace. 1600 calories burned!
Not bad but i think we've got to get faster if we want to run close to a 4 hour marathon. Next weekend we're only at 10 miles, yee pee! Also, i found out that one of my running friends (Kristi) is pregnant, she has two marathons (akron & chicago) scheduled in the fall but i think she's going to continue training and running both of them. It's pretty exciting, she's in great shape so it's not going to be a problem for her at all.
