Schedule
So my running blog is more of a scrapbook then anything else, oh well.  I did get about a 9 miler in on monday, yesterday i got a little weight training in at the Nat, today i have 5 on my schedule, hopefully another 5 tomorrow and 18 for saturday (14 of which will be on the akron marathon course).  I'm excited it's going to be a hot day but nothing like running in the heat, my favorite.  I think i like it cause i actually sweat.  On cooler days i just don't sweat enough.  Can't wait!
