3 Miler
I'm so excited, last night i ran 3 miles at Sand Run (which is pretty hilly) in 24:38. My splits were 8:08, 8:10 & 8:20. It was the fastest that i have ever ran. I looked crazy breathing really hard and sweating profusely but i didn't care cause i was on a mission. Plus i wanted to get home as fast as possible cause Vince made dinner and it looked delicious. We picked our first zucchini, squash, Hungarian peppers from the garden which he sauteed, spaghetti, plus he made breaded zucchini flowers (they're so good)! So i enjoyed my awesome dinner with some Blue Moon to celebrate my sweet run. Off to Florida I go tomorrow!

Yes, the zucchini flowers were breaded using a secret passed down from Nonna...(don't get me started on the Papa Joe's chicken recipe-heist)dipped in milk and dredged ever so gently in a seasoned bed of flour, then fried in olive oil...suck it Giada! The peppers were fried as well..in olive oil..the zucchini and squash medley...fried in olive oil...60% of the time it works every time...The spaghetti was cooked al dente(images of you throwing a strand of spaghetti on the wall to see if it would stick..could be the greatest thing you've ever done)All that great cooking per my compliments..from me to your belly. Bruschetta,Bruschetta,Bruschetta! (sp?)
